  • Kindle Paperwhite — I’m loving my new Kindle! I traded in my old one to get a discount off a new one, and it’s so nice to have a lighter model that’s waterproof and easier on my eyes.

March 29, 2024

  • VANKEAN Laptop Backpack — I love all the pockets on this and the external charging port. It worked so well for a trip I took last weekend!

  • Simple Modern kids water bottle — this is a great size for my one year old. She can pick it up and drink from it (once I open it) and even hold it up to show me she’s thirsty and wants a drink. It’s been a gamechanger in getting her to drink more water.

  • Having the radio on during the day for positive, uplifting reminders of the truth (I’ve been listening to KTIS, if you’re curious what the station is)

February 9, 2024

  • The “drop zone” bench and cubby setup my husband built (that I drew up plans for, painted, and got bins and hooks for ;)

January 26, 2024

  • The floral initial I made with the 16” paper letter A from Hobby Lobby (with the front cut off with an X-Acto knife, filled with cut artificial flowers from Walmart). I made this for my daughter’s first birthday, and I’m so proud of how it turned out!

January 12, 2024

  • HELLOWOOD Wooden Activity Cube — This is such a fun toy with different things our baby can play with. It’s so fun to see her learn how it all works!

December 15, 2023

  • Names of Jesus Christ Ornaments — I’m loving putting one of these on the Christmas tree each night in December as we get closer to Christmas. It’s a simple way to remember what the season is all about — Jesus.

  • Kindred Bravely’s maternity and postpartum clothing essentials — they have bundles on sale right now, so get yourself or a friend some pumping bras, cozy mama clothes, or super soft undies! Check it out at my affiliate link here.

November 3, 2023

  • Raising Boys & Girls podcast — this has been such a great, grace-filled source of information to listen to as we begin our parenting journey. I love listening to it on walks or while I’m feeding my baby.

October 13, 2023

  • Dimmable table lamp with fast charge USB ports from Amazon — I got this pair of lamps about 18 months ago, and I love them! I have one in the living room and one in the guest room.

October 6, 2023

  • Sunray Media Console from Wayfair — I’m loving this new, higher TV stand! We haven’t filled it with much yet (I’m thinking board games?), but it’s such an improvement to have doors that close and a higher surface for our TV to keep everything out of our baby’s reach.

September 29, 2023

  • Southern Grove Chili Lime Cashews from Aldi — such a deliciously spicy treat!

  • Simply Nature Keto Coconut Clusters (in dark chocolate) — I LOVE these and seriously can’t get enough! It’s my favorite way to “treat myself.”

  • Simply Nature Sea Salt Popcorn — one of our favorite travel snacks!

September 22, 2023

  • Kitsch recycled nylon hair ties — these are super stretchy and soft!

  • Frenchies flocked hair pins — these stay in my fine, straight hair better than standard metal hair pins.

  • Compact brush — I have kept one of these in my purse for years, and I can’t travel without it. It’s so helpful to be able to brush my hair on the go without a gigantic brush!

September 15, 2023

  • Simple Modern water bottle — it’s so lightweight and adorable!

  • A comfy robe — my favorite maternity/postpartum shop has a new robe available (plus a loungewear sale)! See their shop at my affiliate link.

  • Fall candles — the shop where I got the candle I featured in the video has closed, but here’s another one I love.

September 8, 2023

  • Felt hangers and skirt clips — these look so much nicer than mismatched plastic hangers, and the clips save my skirts from getting folded all wonky.

  • Large clothes storage bags — I love using these for clothes that are out of season, which currently means winter (soon to be swapped with summer clothes) and maternity clothes.

  • Hat storage bin — I just got this, and I already love it! It’s so nice to not worry about my hats getting dusty, especially the woven ones that are hard to clean.

August 25, 2023

  • Re-Lyte Hydration from Redmond Life — I love that this has all the nutrients of a high-quality electrolyte drink without added sugar. You can get a discount with my referral link.

  • Grove Collaborative mini wooden cutting board — this is the perfect size for apples, strawberries, and other small things you don’t need a full-size cutting board for. I like to leave mine on the counter because it looks pretty and is right there when I need it.

  • Grove Collaborative collapsible broom set — I didn’t mention it in the video, but it also came with a flat head with microfiber pads that I use when I have sticky floors.

August 18, 2023

  • WeeSprout glass food jars with lids — these have been fabulous for storing prepped food in the fridge. I like that the set comes with a marker that writes on the lids and erases!

  • Silicone bibs with food catchers — I’m a firm believer in these because they’re WAY easier to clean than cloth bibs, and the little pocket keeps small food items (and let’s be honest, drool and spit up) from going all over the place.

  • Silicone dishes and utensils — this is the set we got, and we love it! The suction cups work best if they’re a little wet.

August 11, 2023

  • Boppy nursing pillow — I love this for support while nursing, but it really comes in handy in stabilizing our almost 7-month-old daughter while she learns to sit on her own.

  • Extra long phone charging cord — I got this for the hospital as I was preparing to deliver in January because I heard that hospital outlets are always far from the bed. I didn’t need to use it there, but it’s incredibly helpful at home if I’m not sitting super close to an outlet.

  • Kindle — I’ve had mine for almost 12 years now, and it’s still going strong!

August 4, 2023

  • Maxkare cycling bike — I’ve had mine for two years, and it’s still going strong! I love having a way to do cardio indoors since the weather isn’t always nice in Minnesota, and then I can work out while my baby sleeps.

  • Foam roller — there are lots of kinds of foam rollers suited to a variety of preferences, but I have a short one with texture, and it’s great for rolling out sore muscles!

  • Face and body wipes — these are super handy! I like them for light workout days when I’ve broken a sweat but not gotten ridiculously sweaty; they make for a great fast solution when I’m short on time or energy.

July 28, 2023

  • 24 oz water bottle with a straw — I got mine from Walmart, but here’s a 26 oz version

  • ESV Scripture Bibles from Hosanna Revival — mine came as a set from a friend, but it looks like you can buy the books individually here

  • large baby blanket (ours was made by a friend and gifted to us)

July 21, 2023

  • Raising a Healthy, Happy Eater by Nimali Fernando and Melanie Potock — such a great read about the psychology and physiology involved with eating at different stages of development!

  • The Big Book of Organic Baby Food by Stephanie Middleberg — a great resource for recipes for each stage of development for your child and information about choosing organic.

  • The Wonder Weeks by Xaviera Plooij, Frans X. Plooij PhD, Hetty van de Rijt PhD — a guide to fussy periods of development that I’ve found helpful to follow along with as our daughter grows.

July 7, 2023

  • Todoist app for all my to-do list items. I can categorize them, add recurring items, and gain immense satisfaction from crossing them off.

  • Baby Center app for tracking everything for our little one — diaper changes, sleep, feedings, tummy time, growth.

  • AnyList app for grocery lists, saving recipes, and meal planning.

June 23, 2023

  • Portable fan — we use a portable fan on our stroller, and even though we go for walks at the coolest time of day, we still use it to keep our little Peanut cool and comfortable in her stroller. This is similar to ours.

  • Boppy pillow — I use this for feeding our baby, and we’ve been using it to prop her up on the floor as she learns to sit up. It’s nice to know she won’t get hurt if she falls backward (though she obviously can still fall forward, which is typically what happens ;)

  • Dirty Labs laundry detergent — I love the clean formula and the option to set up a subscription so I don’t have to remember to order it!

June 16, 2023

  • Blue Diamond dark chocolate flavored almonds — a delicious tasty treat! Sometimes I eat them alone, and sometimes I mix them with lightly salted roasted almonds.

  • Baby healthcare and grooming kit — we’re loving the electric nail file from this set especially! It’s so hard to get our little one to hold still to try to trim her nails, and it’s significantly easier when we can use a file that won’t hurt her fingers.

  • Linking rings — these are SO helpful! We have them on our baby’s swing/bouncy seat, stroller, and car seat to keep her toys in reach (and off the ground). She loves playing with toys but is prone to dropping them, and these make our lives so much easier. She also often opts to play with the links themselves instead, which makes us laugh.

June 2, 2023

  • Babysense video baby monitor — I love having the freedom to go for a walk on the treadmill in the garage or sit outside knowing I can still hear and see my daughter. It even has indicator lights for the volume so I can see a visual cue when she’s crying if there’s a lot of background noise preventing me from hearing it well.

  • Sun Bum Cool Down lotion — I’ve used this in the past when I’ve gotten sunburned, but this week I loved just using it after sun exposure to cool off (hence the appropriate name for it) and remoisturize my skin.

  • Sun Bum Hair Lightener & Tone Enhancers — these work together to lighten hair (blonde and light brown shades only) in the sun and keep it from getting brassy. It’s my preferred way of highlighting my hair in the summer, and it smells good!

  • Zipadee transition swaddle — it’s been a wonderful transitional sleep sack for our 4-month-old since she started rolling and getting her arms out of her swaddles

  • Vitamin C tablets — lifesavers when you’re sick

  • Sound machine — I love using this to take the edge of noises in the house when our baby is sleeping. Sometimes it helps me sleep better, too!

  • Clothing sales from favorite companies, like the Mother’s Day sale from Kindred Bravely

  • Comfy, stretchy, super soft leggings from Kindred Bravely that I’ve been rocking since before I got pregnant all the way until now (14 weeks postpartum, they’re my most comfortable go-to pants)

  • Pumping bras from Kindred Bravely— such a lifesaver to not have to change clothes when it’s time to pump, and it makes it hands free!
