20 Top Store-Bought Healthy Snacks for Meal Prep
We often think meal prep means that you make everything 100% from scratch.
And if you do that, I applaud you.
But if you’re like the majority of the people in the world, you’re busy, and making every little thing from scratch just isn’t a regular thing for you.
I get it.
I’m in that boat with you.
I try to make as much of my food from scratch as I can, and then I give myself some flexibility beyond that. Eating out? I try to make the wisest decisions I can while nourishing both my body and soul (which means sometimes choosing somewhat less “healthy” options because I really want them and know I don’t get them often).
Traveling or eating on the go? I look for things that travel well, which usually means a mix of homemade and store-bought options.
Those are what I’m sharing with you today so that while you’re meal planning and prepping, you can take snacks into account and give yourself some grace for the times when you don’t have the time, energy, or desire to make everything yourself.
