What would it look like to really love your life?

I know you're busy with all the demands of everyday life and work-- paying bills, running to the grocery store for the eggs you forgot yesterday, cleaning up the spilled spaghetti sauce, sending out those emails, and still trying to make it to that 6:00 yoga class.

Your to-do list is never-ending, and you’re tired.

I know you have a lot on your plate, so much so that it's overwhelming at times and you feel like you just don't have enough hours in the day to do it all. It’s like every day is a whirl of chaos, and you don’t even know where or how to begin making changes to live the kind of life you dream of.

You dream about having more movie nights with your family, having cleaner products for your body and your home, spending less time cleaning and searching for lost things, getting dinner on the table before eight, and having a home you can rest in instead of stressing about all the time.

You’re not yet where or who you want to be, but you don’t know how you got here or how to move forward.

I know you feel like you never have enough-- enough money, enough time, enough energy. But I also know that you want better for yourself and your family. You want more.

And you can have more, friend!

  • You can gain control of your finances so you can work less, save more, pay off debt, or go on that family vacation you’ve dreamed about.

  • You can create nutritious food for yourself and your family that you can feel good about, without spending all night in the kitchen.

  • You can swap out traditional personal and household products for more natural ones that are better for you and your family.

  • You can slow down, managing your calendar and schedule in a way that allows you more time for what matters most, including rest.

  • You can tame the chaos in your home and have a less cluttered, more organized house that serves you instead of stressing you out.

My life change

599A0214.jpg

I used to think I had to do everything and do it all perfectly-- in my life and my business. I thought I had to be the perfect friend, the perfect roommate, the perfect writer, and the perfect business owner.

But all that did was turn me into one big ball of stress. It kept me constantly spinning my wheels, looking for more, convinced that I didn't have enough. And spinning my wheels only kept me stuck.

I was tired of being tired, tired of using products with questionable ingredients that had overpowering smells that gave me headaches and didn’t deliver on their promises, tired of to-do lists that left me feeling incapable of doing anything, tired of having to say “no” to what I wanted to do because I’d said “yes” to too many other things, and tired of feeling like my life had somehow gotten away from me, leaving me miles away from where I wanted to be and who I wanted to be.

Then it dawned on me: I am a daughter of the King of Kings, uniquely created to pursue the good things He planned in advance for me to do (Ephesians 2:10). My life and my home are good gifts from Him, and I’m called to be a good steward of them, filling them with good things, treating them well, and using them for His glory.

That meant that I got to choose what to invest in, what products to buy, what priorities and goals to claim as my own. I got to choose what my focus was going to be and make decisions about what I was going to let into my life.

So I drew a line in the sand.

I started choosing more carefully what I was saying "yes" and "no" to, deciding how and where I was going to show up, and simplifying my approach to my life, home, and business instead of trying to be everything and do everything.

It was the most freeing and empowering decision I could have made, and I've never looked back!

I started blocking out time for the things that mattered most to me— time with family and friends, time with God, time to exercise, time to rest.

I began swapping out traditional personal and household products in favor of more natural products, knowing it was a huge step in learning to take better care of myself, my home, and the earth as a whole.

Choosing to live more joyfully, simply, and intentionally has opened so many doors to me-- in my relationships, my business, my health, my home, and more! It has truly transformed my outlook and my daily life!

And I want that for you, friend!

What others are saying

If you have the chance to work with Jessie, you should take it! I came to Jessie because I was having mental blocks about how to proceed forward in my business. Jessie was attentive during my coaching calls, she helped me uncover what was preventing me from moving forward and she so sweetly continued to follow up with me to ensure I was making progress. I’ve absolutely loved every minute working with Jessie.

Uncertain? Frustrated? Scared? Stuck? You’re not alone! Jessie helps her readers take an honest look at where they are in life and challenges them to start thinking about where they want to be. In Ready, Set...Now What? she navigates through topics such as passions, purposes, and values, just to name a few— for a practical and fun process of gaining clarity in your personal life journey. [from my book, Ready, Set...Now What? Discovering Your Identity, Gifts, and Purpose in the Real World]
— Laura
I’ve had the privilege of knowing Jessie since freshman year of college. Since she finished college early, she has always been one step ahead of me while she figures out what to do with the next season of life. I watched on the sidelines as she moved back to her home town. As she figured out where to live, what to do for a job, and how to build a community. I’ve seen her both struggle and find true meaning in what she does. She has never been content with staying in the mundane, however safe it may feel. She pushes herself to find what makes her happy regardless of what her friends, family, or society may think. I admire her own journey towards finding her niche in this world and using her God-given talents in a way that can truly impact others. I love that she doesn’t just give advice but she truly lives it out herself. She has been there, struggled through it, and has found her way.
